I love Sennheiser!  After about 6 months my HD202’s broke.  I was going to throw them away, but was convinced to inquire about having them repaired.  Even though I’m well within the 2 year warranty, I don’t have proof since they were given to me as a gift.  After communicating with their service department they’re going to repair them because they trust me as a customer.

Either that or they just saw that I was no longer using them on my other tumblr.

It’s probably their “customer trust” thing.
